Terms of Service

Welcome to FLIM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FLIM ("we", "us") governing your use of the FLIM app and related services. By creating an account or using FLIM, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use FLIM.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FLIM. By using FLIM you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. FLIM is currently invite-only; access may be granted or revoked at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your content.

3. Your content

You own the photos, captions, and comments you create ("your content"). By posting to FLIM, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and deliver your content to the people you choose to share it with, solely to operate the app. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

FLIM has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, or that infringes anyone's rights — and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.

To keep the community safe, FLIM provides tools to:

• Report any photo, comment, or user you find objectionable;
• Block users, which hides your and their content from each other; and
• Leave or remove members from shared rolls.

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users, and we will act on credible reports within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it, as appropriate. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from FLIM.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; upload malware; or use FLIM to spam or deceive others.

6. Content removal and termination

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice where necessary to protect the community. You may stop using FLIM at any time.

7. Disclaimers

FLIM is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available. Photos and data may be lost; please keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLIM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of FLIM means you accept the updated Terms.
